Last Love Letter:
As I sit in the moonlight on this autumn night
Thoughts of the past fill my mind.
Memories of laughter that once moved my heart
Are all that remain behind
Signs of life have faded from view
Like sunlight hiding till morning
To searching would be painful to this weary soul
To give up, a loss so tragic
These dreams I've held through winter
Have brought sorrow to this life that is my own
So many nights I struggled to breathe in your presence
But today my strength is returning
The last of the broken hearts have mended
Without fear of letting you go
Never again shall I walk in chaos
