"Electronic Needs Today"
All local stores known to man for technology are basically Best buy, circuit city (which has now been closed), and hhgregg. Other stores, like a miniature one-time stop is Radio Shack and Gaming stores such as Gamespot, Play Cafe (in some locations) and EB Games and even places like Walmart with a great technology section.
I believe main electronic stores should learn from the crash of Circuit City. Best Buy is personally my favorite, because their products are stored perfectly. Such as the external hard drive I needed for my computer, on line stores showed a "Freeagent Go" as 130$ for a capacity of 320GB, at Best Buy it was a good sale of 30$ I saved. I was satisfied with the salesmen helping me decide the most affordable and fastest solution to my external hard drive and they did well. As it was known Circuit City went through a sales problem, and were closing slowly. Sales up to 50% and that drove a mob in to seek out items, paying half-price and more for certain items. I personally bought things and thought this was "crazy for the fact giving all this new stock for cheap.
Best Buy, having an amazing stock of the ranges on electronic appliances, to gaming, entertainment with T.V. and computers. Walmart on the other hand has daily needs. Their stock includes, food like meats, vegetables, frozen food, bakery, deli and most importantly beverages like milk and juices. Being crowded 24/7 is a good way for Walmart to prove they sell "more" and are "better." To "save money, live better" is a huge deal in society. I never heard much on where these products come form, but also makes me wonder how they manage to sell things cheap to the point "will they ever run out?" Thinking about the economic struggle and dealings with world problems like riots and war in the world, theory of Global Warming, schooling, charities, churches, hospitals and many other facilities that need the same things people household's require everyday.
I am proud of what companies are doing, like the Global market which Walmart and Best Buy keep their eye on. Just to achieve the "best-selling" and most known to civilization. More customers, more sales, more business. After that is said, more money to buy more products form the stocks on the Internet, or companies that ship items. Coca Cola is a "big one" and shows those huge semi-trucks on the road fully stocked with soda products from the coca-cola company. As Walmart owns these products many other companies bring in things, even toddler toys to athletic equipment like: Little Tikes, Porter Athletic Inc, AETC Inc, Goliath Games and Mark Meyer Corp, really the list is too long to state, for all the products being bought and sold.
