"The five C's of Success", the following is merely a guide or reference point to possibly help you structure a new routine to personal achievement and success. Each and every person has what they would believe the five C's stand for in their own personal life. The following is meant to be a suggestive guide to use for the purpose of settings your own personal goals for your level of achievement.
1. Competence You must have the required skills necessary to perform the task at hand. This means you will need to thoroughly understand the project from the inside out. And have the ability to not only do it yourself, but enough understanding to explain it to another person.
2. Confidence You have to believe in yourself, that giving the task at hand you can complete it, with little or no problems that will keep you from completion. A positive attitude is an absolute must.
3. Communication This is a must for any project to be achieved. If you are working with others, it is imperative that all involved communicate about the progress and the steps needed to bring the project to fruition with positive results.
4. Coordination This is the structure of the process and the individuals that will be working along side you throughout the project. If everyone has their own piece of the project to fulfill, it will make the entire process work more smoothly and timely.
5. Cooperation This is something that is not only expected from the people you will be working around, it also involves yourself. Essentially it means that you must get along and work well as a team, for the entire team and project to be considered successful.
All of the above mentioned, are things that can be incorporated not only in an office or a business setting. But it can be implemented into a home, for a much smoother sailing, of the daily chores that take place at home. If all that will be involved can keep these five easy steps in mind from the beginning of a project, or just on a daily basis, it will make all the people around have a better day, just by the new attitude that is flowing. It makes for a much nicer day and will keep you from feeling as if you are dreading the chore.
So the next time you have a new project to complete, try to keep some of these tips in mind to help make it all work with a little more ease. This in turn will make for a better day all the way around. Start off with the it can be done attitude and with that all things are possible.
