True love is a voice we can believe in, trust and feel secure. We know this because it is very real, something we experience - and if we are fortunate - even touch and hold. It is taking each other for who we are regardless of color, creed, or race, where actions speak louder than words. Where we can do to others as we would like to be treated ourselves. This, is literally such love.
It becomes fully genuine when it is lived; made the center-piece of one's actions and way of life to the point that is it is as natural as breathing. It isn't easy, any more than life can be, but no-one said we could not practice until it became so. Just as we might have to train to breath correctly for the betterment of our lungs, no-body questions these facts. So why cannot true love be practiced also?
We cannot love anyone without first loving ourselves. Not egotistically, but realistically. We are each as individual as our real selves, when being what we share between each other. True love is not puffed up with it's own pride and ego. It's Light is warm and bright, and not the dark and selfish cloud of self-importance. Only true love can go beyond self, and see others for who they are also.
When love goes out to all life, including the earth called our home planet, we even feel the actual pureness. When we look beyond to the clouds by day, or the stars at night, there is an intrinsic connection which is on the far side of explanation. It's life in all its abundant ways. Our love can encompass Mother Nature in a respect of demonstration also. We must give back all that we take, and mend all that we break, as well as stay in touch. Heaven knows the earth could do with more love.
True love is patient in all things, where, even if something is disturbing, we can still act upon it correctly. Even when feeling helpless, we can send real heart-felt positive thoughts ( which some call prayer, ) in the direction where it is needed. Dependable love extends to benefiting everyone concerned, always willing to share tangible evidence in any way possible. It's doors are always open, offering help where-ever it can.
It's like the tiny saying which says, “It's not what we say but how we say it.” This is true love's voice which anyone who has never even known it, would hear that there is really truth in such an attribute. It could be the first time they've heard it, and go on to know just how real such love is.
True love is a diamond - pure with many facets - and has too many qualities to mention.
