It is a struggle to keep our time. It seems everybody has a better use for our time. Here is the struggle. How do we capture our time? Our day jobs take most of our time. Some employers are time-greedy. Essentially, all our time becomes their time. This is the society that we live in. Our daily struggle is to capture time.

Our time is important. It helps to add to the quality of life. We must strive to grasp this point. Our sense of well being is improved in having time to do some of things we love. This is how we gain personal fulfillment. We always need sometime to ourselves. But, society has made it hard and we have to draw the line somewhere.

Our day jobs are necessary. Most of us have them. It's alright. But, we need to recognize our need for time, our time. We get inner stresses and irritations, when we can not capture our owe time. We daily need to find our own time.

How do we use our time? Perhaps, we can get in our own time throughout the day. It may be possible to get in a few minutes here and there. It really depends on our job. And may we can not get one second of work day time for ourselves. That's fine. Life is what it is. We have to work with what we have. We can all find the best use of our time, if we try.

We have to keep our time. If we don't keep our time, we will lose it. This means being mindful of doing things we need to do. We should not wait for someone to tell us how to use our time. There are those who are more than willing to eat up every bit of our time. So, we will keep our own time. It is for the best.

We must value our time and make the best use of it. Time does not repeat itself. Once, it is gone. It is gone. There is no calling it back. So we must daily try value every minute we have. Having our own time is a treasure that is beyond price.

We have to be passionate about our time. It has to be important to us. Passion for our time allows us to feel alive. We feel fulfillment when we use our time as our heart directs. Let us never forget the passion of capturing our own time.

Lastly, daily we should look into our own heart. In short, examine ourselves. We should ask ourselves, have I made the best use of my time today? Have I tried and was I able to capture time today? Have a valued my time? If we love our life, we love our time. Capturing our time is our birthright.
