Two Realities

Life is strange, inexplicable-

true yet false,

loving and harsh.

I have shed tears, both of joy and sorrow,

had times of laughter with the ones I love, that I will always treasure...

and times I never want to think on again.

Life is lovely, life is ugly...

but the Lord knows that life is not perfect,

and He is there to lead and comfort..

He protects us with love so true,

and He will lead us to a life that will last forever-

the life that He intended for us.
