The world would want us to believe that it is narrow minded to accept Jesus as the only way to salvation. This is a fact based on the Word of God written in the Bible, and is not influenced by our opinions.
It is easier to not accept Jesus being the only way, as this comes with responsibilities. To believe this fact, one would have to live based on the principles of the Bible. To appease their conscience and make an excuse for living their life as they see fit, people have convinced themselves and others, that many roads leads to God.
The word of God tells us in Romans 6 vs. 23-24 (New Living Translation) 23For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard. [24 Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.]. This tells us that none of us can achieve goodness or God's acceptance without doing it His way. His way is through His son Jesus Christ.
Because we were born in sin, the only cure for our salvation is by someone who was without sin. The only person ever recorded in the Bible as sinless is Jesus Christ. Before Jesus' time when the priests made atonement for the sins of the people, they used animals without blemish. The animals offered up as sacrifices by the people were also ones without spots or defects. To suggest that there exists another means to salvation would be contradictory to those former practices, even those practiced by the religions that now claim many ways to salvation.
In the book of Acts, Paul tells us that salvation is found in no other name except in the name of Jesus. In Hebrews 5 vs. 9 we are reminded that Jesus is the source of our salvation if we obey Him. The Bible is the standard by which God will judge us. The words are factual, and cannot be altered to suit our beliefs. All other roads that have been taught to lead to salvation are dependent upon an earthly prophet, a man or woman who was born in sin, and whose claim has not stood the test of time.
The miracles and works of Jesus can be proven outside of the Bible. Scientists have constantly been unearthing evidence that the things recorded in the scriptures are accurate. No other prophet to date can make these claims. All the roads that they claim lead to salvation are through people who died, and have not been raised from the dead. The evidence in history supports that Jesus rose from the dead on the third day as He claimed, and appeared unto people as a living proof.
The words of God as written in the Bible has stood the test of time, have withstood scrutiny from the most detailed skeptic and has not been found to contradict itself. The message is not altered with time, as perfection needs no adjustments. Since the Bible has proven itself, and it tells us that the only way to Salvation is through Jesus Christ, then by the method of induction we can conclude this to be true.
Acts 4 vs. 12 [Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.]
