Filled with ordinary tasks
No calls from my friend
I'll just finish them
At last
Lately thoughts just scatter
Living in the past
But yesterday can't matter
When today flies by
So fast
Laundry dusting dishes
Call out to be done
Am I too filled with wishes
Regrets I am
No fun

Time to rest my head
You are still the one
Thing in it
As I go to bed
Maybe by tomorrow
Home will feel that way
Even if it doesn't
I made it through

stay current with all I should do
instead of dragging my feet
I've
