If this question were asked of any teacher at any level of education the richly deserved response could well be 'Somebody who has worked hard to earn a position of responsibility, you smart assed jerk'. The question is simply infuriating,a thinly disguised variation on the idiotic slogan 'everybody's entitled to their own opinion' which is nothing more than a feeble excuse for talking a load of nonsense and refusing to admit being wrong no matter how clear it is made.
That's why fools never learn.
This argumentative piffle advocates a total absence of standards with the lunatics running the asylum. If that's what some people must have, hell's where they'll find it. Devil's food upside down cake.It promises to be hilarious.
The biblical quote 'judge not that ye be not judged' could only have been an admonishment to people who could not be sure of their conclusions. That's a completely different situation and is no excuse to advocate chaos with no standards at all. Who was Jesus to judge evildoers?
Jesus made the point,in his last and greatest parable, that some people were simply hopeless cases and would go to hell. The evidence is overwhelming that such specimens are still around. Just imagine this idiotic question being asked of a judge who had the responsibility of making sure that a serial killer could never again harm innocent people.
Hell bound idiots are not all as obvious as serial killers and other habitual criminals.Liars and hypocrites also fall into that category and are experts at fooling people by trying to look good.Jesus described such specimens as 'whited sepulchres'. He really did come off with some good ones. That's why they had no choice but to get rid of him. Suggesting that it would be somehow unacceptable to judge them is the height of stupidity.
Habitual liars are probably the most common type of evil person and the hardest to detect. The most cunning specimens have fooled a lot of people. They even sometimes do or say nice things to look good and fool people.
By contrast, decent people simply do the best they can. That's just the way they are and it's the only way to be since the meek shall indeed inherit the Earth. Decent, polite people are the salt of the earth. Pompous, useless, arrogant troublemakers are the scum of the earth. Any decent person is perfectly entitled to reach the conclusion that a scumbag is a scumbag.
In the presence of evil specimens it is a simple necessity to be aware of them and be on your guard. If reaching the conclusion that someone is a jerk is regarded as 'judging others' and therefore unacceptable, the only thing to do would be let them get away with it. That's not too bright now,is it?
