Whitte Down That Waist From Bulky to Beautiful
Let's face it...there are lots of obese people in this world. And if you are an American like me, the answers as to why will most likely not amaze you. Because night after night, you jump out of bed to jet to that buger joint and buy not just one burger but three, four, five, six, seven...you get the picture. But if you diner devouring burger buyers want your waistline to whittle down to a size that satisfies, you are first going to have to budget your bucks and shop with your skinnier, more weight watchful friends. And yes, this will inevitably mean the end to languishing your lunch hour away in the Costco crowd. But shopping more frequently will also mean that you have to put more thought into what and how much you buy as well as how fresh your ingredients are-which will all foster a fresher physique.
3. Resolve to seek out oil and butter-free cooking options and to adopt a "forget the fat" policy when serving up your plate's portions. A "forget the fat" policy is very simple: Trim down with
