Eating breads and dairy products at the break of the fast stifle your metabolism because the foods can be easily sent into fat and don't need to be digested. Fruit forces your metabolism into high gear so that it can be digested. When you begin your first meal with your metabolism in high, it tends to stay there if you continue feeding it short and frequent meals.
You can eat one or two fruit alone or make a fresh fruit cocktail. Another excellent way to intake fruit is to juice it. There are many recipes that provide delicious and exciting meals for both fruit and vegetables. Try juicing two apples, two oranges, one large banana and a cup of strawberries. It's so delicious you'll want it every morning, and you'll feel energized and ready to face the day.

Healthy eating behaviours should become your regular eating habits and not done with a 'diet' attitude. The results will show in your physical body, and you'll have more energy, you'll be able to think more clearly and you'll have a happier attitude.
