Well then, I thought that I had indeed heard and seen it all. Such absolute ignorance! Why in the world would one want to attempt to disprove the existence of God? I mean, if you don't believe He exists, then why do you feel that you must disprove Him? And even if you do believe that He exists, you then have no reason to be attempting to disprove Him because you already know better, right? What happened to our ability as a people to reason and think? Disprove the concept of God, indeed! Perhaps one day God will disprove your existence.
I do so hope that you will excuse my sudden outburst as I began this article. Here we have a clear cut case of man's knowledge trying to match wits with God's wisdom. What makes any man think that God cares about his proof, particularly when we measure what is provable by earthly standards, double-talk, guess work, and meaningless blather? God is a Spirit and He lives in a Spiritual Realm. He is not measured by anything that we, as physical men, can devise. Only a haughty, proud, and vain people would even attempt such a thing.
As far as I am directly concerned, whether someone believes he can disprove the concept or even the existence of God, it doesn't concern me. I have lived too long, seen too much, experienced so many things which are directly counted as being outside the realm of possibility, that I cannot be swayed into even wanting to disprove the concept of God. Even if you cannot see or touch Him with your physical being, is that proof that He doesn't exist? Because you have never been able to make God do your bidding, as many of us do, does that disprove Him? Just because certain concepts in the Bible don't work for you, does that mean that they cannot be brought to full effect in and for someone else? We are so quick to blame God and then, in the same breath, say that He doesn't exist. Well, how in the world can you blame someone who doesn't exist? This is one of the biggest things I have run into with non-believers. They fight so hard against God and all of His people and yet they maintain that there is no God. Why do they fight so hard and argue so vehemently against a God who, as far as they are concerned, doesn't exist? If the entire concept is wrong, or disproved, how can He exist? So if you really feel that the concept has been disproved, why bother with it any longer?
All of the knowledge of man is no more than totally blind ignorance before the wisdom of God and if you believe that you will change my mind with your vain arguments, you are wrong. In fact, you will have a hard time getting me to engage in pointlessly bickering and arguing the matter at all. I have no need to display my knowledge or wisdom before anyone, thus ending up looking and sounding like a fool. As all Christian people ought, I simply will not be moved. And this is how I believe we all should be.
