Well to start this article off I drink tea on a daily bases and often drink it more then once a day! Tea is the second most consumed beverage after water because of its cooling slightly bitter and astringent taste. Due to the way tea is made and what things give tea its taste have nothing to do with having water filtered, therefore having the water filtered makes a negative difference in how the tea tastes. The way that makes tea so outstanding and different from most other drinks is the facts that it contains flavoring from the tea plant and if tea is made correctly it should be made of only natural ingredients. As tea has spread around the world it has changed and developed different techniques in making it. The places that tea originated did not have access to filtered water so this shows that original tea did not contain filtered water nor should it now.

Since non filtered water generally has more minerals and has a hard stronger taste is makes the tea taste stronger and to most people this is appealing. If the water is filtered it may not contain these minerals and will be to smooth and the taste may be lost and not recognized or have a taste that the tea was not meant to have due to the original tea being made with normal water instead of filtered. Of course it is also easier to obtain normal water so this is just another point being made that it is inconvenient to have tea being made out of filtered water. Also generally in restaurants tea is served with just normal water so if you try to go home and make tea with just regular tap water you may not obtain the taste that you wanted to have.

So let us review what weve learned so far and go over it all, original tea did not contain filtered water. Non filtered water has more minerals and will have a better taste in tea. It is far easier to obtain normal water instead of getting filtered water. Filtered water also costs more then regular water and tea with regular water is served at restaurants so most people are accustom to that kind of tea. So if you try to go home and make it with filtered water you will not get the desired taste that you got from the restaurant because you have tried to make it with filtered water. So as a person that drinks tea more than once a day and is familiar with most ways of making tea I recommend that you consume tea that contains normal water because of the following reasons listed above.
