Poetry: I love you

by Rachel Couch

Created on: May 20, 2009

Glistening within the city night lights...

You shine so bright.

My heart screams to touch that face,

That face that I yearn to kiss.

Pining,

Pining so deeply to feel the bliss...

That overwhelming bliss that you fill me with.

You shine.

You shine for me.

I feel you in the gentleness of the wind... in the air.

Falling in love with you all over again...

Knowing that no other man could ever compare;

Compare to you.

I try to breathe when you're not here...

My equilibrium shatters.

In caves my atmosphere.
