Losing weight is tough, especially when hunger strikes. Fortunately for dieters, nutritionists recommend eating five small meals a day! The key is making healthy choices for all five of these meals. While this can be difficult, dieters today have many delicious options to keep their junk food cravings at bay. Here is a monster list of weight loss friendly snacks that can satisfy any craving.

First up, Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs. These individually wrapped snack packs are a dieter's best friend. You can indulge in the taste of your favorite Nabisco snacks without feeling guilty, because each package is just 100 calories. The snack line includes smart-sized portions of Oreo cookies, Chips Ahoy, Wheat Thins, Ritz, and Teddy Grahams. They may not have the most value nutritionally, but they certainly won't pack on the pounds either.

Fruit is a healthy, natural snack that can also help satisfy your sugar cravings. Not to mention fruit is full of vitamins that are great for your body. Apples have been known to provide a boost of energy for the body, so they might just be the perfect pick-me-up midday. Add a conservative helping of peanut butter to your apple slices to mix it up. Two other delicious fruits that you might try frozen for a cool treat: bananas and grapes.

Raw veggies can satisfy the craving for crunchy. Vegetables contain very little calories, so don't hold back with this snack. One low calorie favorite among dieters is a celery stalk spread with peanut butter. Try dipping veggies like baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and cauliflower into a low fat vegetable dip.

Crunchy dill pickles contain an average of 5 calories per pickle. Chow down on as many pickles as you can handle!

Rice cakes come in a variety of flavors and are typically 100 calories or less. Same with granola bars, which are perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth.

When summertime comes around and you need a cold sweet treat, substitute and ice cream cone for a low fat frozen yogurt. One serving typically contains less than 200 calories. If you're aiming for 100 calories, try a low fat Fudgesicle or a Klondike Slim-a-Bear 100 Calorie ice cream bars. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are also a yummy choice and are only around 150 calories.

Hard boiled eggs are a good source of protein. Pair this snack with a slice of wheat toast. Another great source of protein is beef or turkey jerky. Jerky is healthy

Nuts are a healthy source of protein, though they
