In this instance taking your look from day to night calls for some creative fashion knack and having the right supplies on hand. Carry small wonders in your day handbag

Even the smallest change can help take your look from day to night. A pair of fishnet or textured hosiery can help create a sexy edge if you are wearing a skirt or dress. A statement necklace or earrings immediately signals a different tone. Alternatively try adding a diamante or silk ribbon belt to your outfit.

Change one piece of your outfit

Slipping on a pair of sexy jeans can relax an uptight corporate look. Popping on a sequined or beaded camisole will immediately add some glamour to your look. Exchanging your day handbag for a small evening clutch strikes a different tone. Or try swapping your flats, or basic court shoes for a pair of sexy strappy heels. Conceal then reveal

A jacket, cardigan, or button front shirt can keep a special feature under wraps until you want to reveal it at night. For example, you could wear a gorgeous little bustier under your suit jacket and then simply whip off the jacket at night.

It's not only your outfit that can create a different feel; a beauty touch up can have a dramatic impact. If you carry a mini make up kit in your bag you can use it to play up your eyes or lips as the sun starts to set. A spritz of perfume will not only have you smelling pretty, but it will help signify that it's time for your mood to change. A slight hairstyle change can also work wonders. If you have worn your hair up consider letting it down. If you have had your hair down, why not create an up do. Also consider adding a diamante or beaded hair clip or band. Alternatively head to a beauty counter and have them test out a glamorous make up look on you.

Acquire a convertible dress

There are now lots of dresses on offer that convert into a wide number of different styles. You could wear the dress in a more modest way during the day, then simply tie it in a different style to create a sexy look for the evening.

Go from the beach to the bar in an instant

If you are on holiday, or attending a function at a resort your day to night style transformation will be distinctly different then in the city. One of the easiest ways to make this transformation is to convert a pretty detailed sarong into a dress or skirt. A one piece swimsuit can also double as a bodysuit top.
