There is a God because our moral standards are based on this intrinsic idea of what is "good." Beauty, integrity and values are moral characteristics, which align with God. Religious systems agree on these premises. (Most of the articles pro-big man assume that God wears the Christian T-shirt. Yes, the Bible says this and that; but how about the Bhagavad Gita or the Koran, or the Vedas and Upanishads, etc. Isn't God with them?) The concept of creation as stated by Christians is illogical and irrational. Even more surprising is to know that the "Big Bang" theory was proposed in the beginning by a catholic priest and scientist, Georges Lematre. This "debate" between creationism and the "Big bang" theory (evolution) is about the same thing from a different perspective. A Christian priest cannot go against one of the principal tenets of Christianity, which is that God created everything.
I was looking for information that had some light based on just common sense, logic and plain old rationality, unfortunately 99.9% of the articles out there are based on western mentality. It is pretty much the same thing without newness. Until finally, I had the chance to explore the Dharmic religions (India) and to understand their deep philosophical view of life.
How did we get here?
Neither "Big bang" nor "Big man" are true. Why? Both cannot resolve in a logical, rational manner the "beginning" of the universe.
Creationism states that there is God "creating" stuff around, when on the other hand; we have the first law of thermodynamics also known as the law of conservation of matter/energy; which clearly states that "matter cannot be created, neither destroyed, it can only be transformed." That is a well-known law of physics. Do I choose to ignore that in the name of defending my belief system, even though irrational? Let me switch into the "Big ban" irrationality for a while. So, there was this big explosion that originated everything, right?
What caused that big explosion? Since it was caused by matter, where did that matter which caused the explosion came from? And who created that matter? So easy to see that there is no way this argument could be rational.
Both of those "theories" do not consider the following:
1) There is a principle of "cause and effect." Things do not exist randomly. Every effect has a cause. What was the cause of the "big bang"? therefore, who created God?
2) Since we are dealing with the universe and matter, a very important variable must
