At one point or another in life we must come to face with what to do with our body after there is no soul left.
We ask what is better cremation or burial? A mistake many make in this quest for the right choice is , "What will be better for the dead one?" I often have to shake my head when this discussion comes up.
Many people actually complain about being locked up in a box. I think to myself that I didn't get the memo on the importance of being stuck in a box when your dead! Really? Are these people expecting to take a stroll through the graveyard on 3 a.m shifts as a corpse? My favorite excuse not to be stuck in a box is the "I might be buried alive!" This to me is nothing more than people who watch way too many horror movies. Seriously, These people with this particular worry must do some research on the steps that are taking in the event of your death. These people must think that some body comes in looks at their watch and says the time of death then off to a box you go.
Cremation stories are not so different.
I have heard actual people say they couldn't imagine being burned into ashes. There are incidents in this life where we may come across a fire situation. Tragedy ,sadness , horror, pain, of course will all go through a persons mind when in such a situation. This due to unexpected incidents like house fires and etc.. Key words are ,goes through our mind. When one's choice is cremation, There will be no mind, no feeling. You are dead! There is no oops. Again too many movies are being watched.
Of all the questions that go without answers you would think this would be pretty simple. I guess as humans we don't like anything simple so we create our own fears. Fears in which come from nothing. They say two things are for certain you live then you die. People just can't accept that. They poke and prod about every situation they can have their minds make up. All the stuff in the world that we have hard times explaining this is a major choice? The what to do afterwards is your only choice. Why people worry about this more than the how they got there part amazes me. What should scare people is what pain will they endure before the final blow. After that it really is smooth sailing.
We have some that will pick a way according to their beliefs in religion. There will be some dramatic people who will choose to exit as if life where a stage and this is their last curtain call. However you choose , People shouldn't base the choice on how they feel about what will
