Achieving peace of mind

One method to achieve peace of mind is through using a Koan
This is so easy and yet so difficult because it is so simple. You know what a Koan is? "What is the sound of one hand clapping." That is a Koan.

Some people find that calming the mind does not work so they go the other route. Think and think until your mind simply gives up thinking.

The purpose of the Koan is to let you think and think and think. Every time you tell your master. "I think it sounds like........" He will always say you are wrong. The truth is that there is no right answer to a Koan. So you go back to your spot and you think and think ad infinitum and you wrestle with your mind until you want to spit nails with frustration

Suddenly without warning you give up. Your mind says. "I have gone everywhere with this and the only thing it proves is that I don't have the capacity to solve it....I quit!" Your mind trips out. The trip switch has sprung. Then enlightenment happens.

You see spiritual intelligence is like a sluice gate. It can access zillions of data in an instant as long as you don't think. Stand on the top of a mountain and take in the view. It happens in an instant. An instant and your heart goes WOW and you feel so lifted.

Now call a friend on your mobile and see if you can give him that WOW in a second. You can see this is not possible. Mind intelligence blocks the sluice gate off and trickles it into a complicated system of pipes and taps. It is very stupid because it thinks in words. Spirit thinks in pictures and experiences with emotion.

A picture is a thousand words but your Spirit takes it all in within a second. Mind clutter is like all those pipes blocking the sluice gate. It's like blocking your adsl wide broadband width off with a 56k line. So you have to stop thinking and yet still be conscious. Take everything in but don't label or place or pigeon hole it.

We all have problems. We all place the desire for their solving out there every time we think of them. We all have desires. They are pulsing in a reality that resonates a lot faster than this one. We have to become the channel to bring them in from that reality to this one. To do that we have to heighten our own resonance so we can close the gap between the world of matter and the world of thought.

So we have to feel good and laugh and be happy. Those are high resonance stuff. Just enjoy the reality as it is and suck the marrow out of every living moment in the now. Dont label it or try to make sense of it. Just enjoy. Keep the sluice gates open.

As far as manifesting solutions to our problems and desires we have to know they are manifested. They are waiting for us to open the sluice gates. The asking happens automatic in perfection. Its the receiving we have to work on. This what I described to you here is all part of the receiving.

So to get rid of the clutter and stop worrying about the rent for you know it is already manifested. I stop fearing because I know my natural desires in every moment of now manifests whatever I need and if protection is needed it will be there. So I don't have to think about anything. (God and the angels and the universe is not deaf. When I thought it once it is already given.)

Anything you think about more than once is once too many. Once redundant. So rather think about this moment and enjoy it. If you have an appointment tomorrow you will be there when that moment arrives. Enjoy this moment in the meantime. All the time enjoy yourself.

Become a human being instead of a human contemplating. Life is an adventure to be enjoyed, not a problem to be solved.
