The Hotel Bellevue sits on the right bank of the Seine River which divides Paris into two parts. The beautiful river that begins in the Burgundy wine making region and travels eventually to the English Channel is often a gathering place for tourists and visitors.

Hotel Information and Area

The quaint little hotel Bellevue consists of only 36 rooms is situated in the Montmartre district of Paris surrounded by notable cafes and atmosphere. The hotel consists of 6 floors serviced by an elevator which is some hotels is not always the case. The Bellevue Hotel is decorated in simplicity in a burgundy theme and hotel services are maintained by the front desk with a multilingual staff.




Room Facilities:

The rooms are decorated in light pastel colors are equipped with private baths with either showers or bathtubs or both facilities. Each room has a telephone, TV and wireless internet services. . A complimentary breakfast is served each morning but a hotel of this size does not usually maintain a restaurant. Nearby restaurants are Le Durer and La Villa Des Abesses and there are grocery stores and fine bakeries in the vicinity for refreshments and snacks.

Hotel Extra Amenities

Cribs for infants and rollaway cots are also available if needed. Parking can be found nearby and a hotel safe is also available for guests.

Business Travelers

This would be an excellent choice for those traveling to Paris on business due to is downtown location. The hotel would also appeal to older travelers, or families and for young singles on a budget. Any person interested in museums, and history will also appreciate this well located hotel in Paris.

Rates

A typical summer rate would be $ 117.00 US per night for a double room. During slower season and periods some discount rates will apply especially in December.

Location

The attractions near the Bellevue in the Montmartre area are plentiful and consist of the Sacred Heart or Sacre Coeur Basilica which historically was on the site of a village with stone walls. The famous Moulin Rouge is nearby which was established in 1889 and saw the rise of girls dancing the cancan for the high society of Paris. The dancers were honored by famous French artist Toulouse-Lutrec in his paintings. Also the Place du Tertre is an artistic goldmine with French artists displaying the wide assortment of paintings and artwork. This is known as the Artist area of Paris complete with plenty of outdoor cafes and bright red umbrellas on tables. A nice place to hang out and have an espresso coffee with some of the bohemian artists of France. The Bellevue Hotel is also near to the Museum of Louvre which contains some of the finest artwork in Paris.

Airport

The hotel Bellevue is approximately 30 minutes to the Charles de Gaulle Airport by bus and there are airport shuttles and limo services.

Transportation

The Metro has 2 stations within a 10 minute walk and the Garde Nord Station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Champs Elysees the most famous street in Paris is several stops on the Metro. There is adequate transportation located within steps of the hotel for your convenience.
