Greg Biffle is a rare breed of race car driver, having raced his entire NASCAR career thus far with one team - a dedication that comes through not only on the track, but in his efforts outside racing as well.

Biffle's NASCAR career took off in 1998, when he signed on with Roush Racing's Craftsman Truck Series program. He took the series Rookie of the Year award that year, and won his first Truck race the following year in Memphis. The Washington native won the Truck series championship in 2000. In 81 Truck series races run from 1998 through 2004, Biffle had 16 wins, 54 top ten finishes, and 12 poles.

In 2001, Biffle went full-time Busch Series racing, winning Rookie of the Year along with five races, and finished 4th in the season-ending points standings. Four wins and 25 top ten finishes earned Biffle the Busch Series championship in 2002, his second championship for Jack Roush. Biffle continues to run in the Busch Series - now Nationwide Series - mostly on a part-time schedule; in 2005 and 2007, he finished in the top ten in the final standings in spite of missing races. In 2004, Biffle juggled his full-time Winston Cup schedule with a full-time Busch schedule, finishing 3rd at the end of the year with five wins to his credit in the Busch Series.

Biffle went tot he Winston Cup - now Sprint Cup - series full-time in 2003. The runner-up to Jamie McMurray for Rookie of the Year in the series, Biffle won his first race, the Pepsi 400, at Daytona in July of that year, and finished 20th in the final standings.

After adding a couple of wins to his resume in 2004, Biffle proved what he was made of in 2005. He finished 2nd in points, 35 points behind champion Tony Stewart, and tied with Roush Racing teammate Carl Edwards (Biffle took 2nd overall as a result of his series-leading six wins).

After struggling in 2006 and 2007, Biffle bounced back in 2008, making his first Chase for the Cup and finishing 3rd in his #16 Roush Fenway Racing Ford, winning two races and two pole positions along the way.

Racing is not the only thing that drives Biffle. He is also an avid fisherman, a licenced pilot, and has dabbled in acting (the television series "Yes, Dear" and the movie "Talladega Nights"). But much of his dedication in his off-time goes to the Greg Biffle Foundation.

The Greg Biffle Foundation was founded by Biffle and his wife Nicole in 2005 to improve the well-being of animals. The Foundation was very active during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, donating tens of thousands of dollars for food and shelter for the animals rescued from the storm. The Foundation also accepts grant applications from humane societies, animal shelters, and spay/neuter clinics throughout the U.S. The Biffles are also active in Iredell Friends of the Animals, which assists in creating more animal adoptions so there are fewer animals euthanized each year, and in the North Shore Animal League.
