Knowledge knows no bounds. The more we read, the more we come to know how much we don't know. Indeed, knowledge is limitless. It is like a fathomless ocean. A man of knowledge and understanding is never satiated and satisfied with his current status of education and knowledge. He loves to get the pearls of knowledge and wisdom. Knowledge is timeless and ageless. No matter who the learner is, what age he is in, he can get knowledge anytime and anywhere. A man of little knowledge may be found happy or satisfied, but a real educated person or a scholar is never found to be satisfied. He loves to gain more and more till his death.
Greed is curse. Avarice is a menace. But, greed for knowledge is an appreciable and worthwhile trait of one's personality. Therefore, everyone is supposed to be a constant learner throughout his life. A teacher with an urge to learn more and more must be appreciated and encouraged. The more knowledge he has, the more useful and productive he is going to prove himself for his students in particular and society in general. Good and wise teachers are never complacent when it comes to their qualification. They must continue to enhance their knowledge by doing different courses valuable for their professional growth. They are also supposed to make the most the government policies and useful programs to enable teachers to do well in the fields of research and teaching. Their active participation in such programs will be a great source of inspiration and motivation for themselves and for their students, who consider them their perfect role models, as well.
Since knowledge is boundless and limitless, our teachers should remain in constant touch with the global teaching community to share and exchange their knowledge, ideas, and thoughts to be immensely benefited from each other's experience in the long run. Ultimately, their vast knowledge and rich experience is going to benefit thousands of students.
Given the fact that their profession is noble and prophetic, our school, college and university teachers must endeavor to bring improvement in them, updating their knowledge and preparing themselves for the challenges and exigencies of time in times ahead. A well-informed, highly educated, and well-qualified teacher enjoys great respect and is always appreciated and admired for his noble and prophetic job. His urge to get more and more knowledge will lead him to heights of success, and enable him to prove himself worthy to guide and instruct the builders of nation- an important job he has been assigned to. His vast knowledge, broad-mindedness, and generous outlook will leave an indelible impression upon his students, who will be inspired and motivated to work harder than ever to prove worthy students of a worthy teacher.
