There is to much Heartbreak
There is to much heartache
And to much pain
For so little gain
Yet again I set in
My heart in a spin
While these eyes saw the oncoming token
Of my tender heart about to be broken
Yet I don love's mystery shroud
Fooling my heart, still in a cloud
How could I think that this would turn out good?
Or even imagine that it ever could
And again I search for another one night stand
As though a stranger in a familiar land
From Heartbreak to Heartbreak one hears my name
Love, pain, and heartache all part of the game
For I never really liked being on my own
And I would rather live like this than to be all alone
