What do you like to do? What interests you? What could you see doing the rest of your life (or at least the near future)?
First off, you should answer those three questions to get a start. Ultimately, or maybe ideally, you'll major in something so that you can get a good job in that field that you enjoy and that can support you.
So don't just choose a major for the money. Chances are, you'll hate it. Even if you make it through and get the Major and then get a job, do you really want to be stuck doing something you don't like? Money is a great motivator, but what good is it if you're not happy?
So, things to consider when choosing a major are just the things you enjoy, and things you could see yourself doing in the future. Because if you major in something that doesn't fulfill those requirements in any way, then what's the point?
