Killing Kel'Thuzad in Naxxramas10 is easier than it may seem. Once you've bested Sapphiron, the hardest part is over. Sapphiron is basically a gear check, and once you've gotten that icy dragon down, you're on your way to clearing 10 man Naxxramas.
Now, before you engage the final boss, here are a few tips and tricks that could greatly help you to succeed. The fight starts off like this: you enter the final chamber of Kel'Thuzad. Have your raid head to the center of the room in the green circle to start the encounter. The Kel'Thuzad fight has 3 phases and while they are not too hard, they can prove a bit challenging if you do not know what to expect.
Phase 1 is nothing more than killing adds. After your raid has moved to the center, several adds will begin to spawn in the alcoves of the outer chamber. After they have spawned, they will slowly trickle out and begin attacking the raid. It is important that you advise your dps to put any pets on passive. This will eliminate any chance to accidentally pull extra and unwanted adds out of the alcove. There are 3 types of adds which melee and ranged dps will focus on. The first type of adds are the skeletons. They have very minimal health, do not pose much of a threat to the raid and can easily be taken out by any tank or dps. The second type of adds are the abominations and must be picked up by the tanks. They have a good amount of health and can easily one-shot a healer if not picked up in time. Have your tanks stand at opposite sides of the circle ready to pick up any abominations that make their way to the raid. The abominations will be dps'd down by melee. The 3rd and final adds are the banshees. They move towards the raid very slowly and must be burned down by the ranged dps. Melee must not get anywhere near them as they will AoE, causing a great deal of damage to anyone in range.
Phase 2 begins after approximately 3 1/2 minutes of killing adds. At this point, the main tank must make his way towards Kel'Thuzad and be ready to pick him up when he becomes active. After Kel'Thuzad has emerged, your raid must burn any remaining adds down and quickly spread out. It is important for everyone to be at least 10 yards apart from each other as Kel'Thuzad will cast Frost Blast on a random player, blocking them in ice (and anyone else within 10 yards of that person). Frost Blast will deal 104% damage of a player's health over a period of 4 seconds. This means that if a player does not receive a heal, he will die. If
