Getting Carnivores to eat Vegetarian isn't difficult, as long as they don't know they are eating vegetarian. These are three recipes which can be smuggled onto the plate.

The first is vegeburgers. Now I know you're probably thinking of those premade burgers you can buy anywhere. These are vegeburgers you make from scratch. Not only are they delicious, they are very inexpensive.

VEGEBURGERS

Ingredients:

Instant Oatmeal
butter beans (or chick peas)
soya sauce
Barbecue Sauce
Olive Oil
Bread Crumbs
Seasoning*

Options:

Mushrooms
black olives

*Depending on the taste of your consumers here is where you shine. I like pepper so use Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, not the powder but the relish kind. Jamaican Jerk is a mixture of Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Onion, Scallion, Garlic, Pimento and various secret ingredients which are fermented in vinegar so have a blackish colour. Basil and other such condiments can also be used, depending on taste.
NOTE; No extra salt is used.

Method:

Mix oat meal with soya sauce and barbecue sauce to get a brown colour. Crush the butter beans/chick peas and add, mixing all the while going for a lumpy texture. Add other seasons and options. Now add the olive oil going for a bit sticky. Roll in bread crumbs, then drop on a microwavable plate. Do not worry about appearance. Nuke at High for one minute. Remove and Shape. Back in at High for one minute. Turn and back in at medium high for two minutes. Remove.

The burgers you are going to eat now go back into the oven for one minute at medium high while you prepare your bun. Use tomato, cheese, whatever you normally put on a bun. Put the burger on the bun, back in for another minute. Then serve.

It looks like meat, but tastes different and better.

VEGE LASAGNA

Ingredients:

Lasagna noodles
Tomato Sauce
Ricotta Cheese*
Mozzarella Cheese*
Parmiagian Cheese*
(you can use vege cheese)
Vege Mince

METHOD

As you will do this in a microwave you don't have to cook your noodles first. simply oil a microwavable pan, and place your noodles at the bottom, slightly thinned tomato sauce, and your seasoned vege mince. You have to rehydrate the vegemince first. Use vege soup base, or any gravy sauce you have saved from cooking Stuffed Peppers, to give it a really good flavour. Add Jerk Seasoning to the re hydrated mince for a peppery flavour.

Add more thinned sauce, another layer of noodles, sauce, ricotta cheese, sauce, another layer of noodle, sauce, mozzerella cheese, sauce, noodles. If you want to
