Since I could never tell you all the reasons why I love you, I'll simply start with seven.
1. I really really like when you laugh because it's practically the best thing in the world and you look so happy and perfect, and that makes me feel happy and perfect, and you know, it's nice to feel happy and perfect. I love how you close your eyes and they crinkle at the corners. You place your palms on your belly because you're laughing so hard that it hurts.
Your laughter is so funny because most of the time you don't really make any noise, you're just laughing silently, but other times you just let out this explosion of pent up fits of air, then immediately return to your silent laughter. I always know that you're still laughing even when you're silent. Even when we're on the phone, I can tell that you are still laughing. I just feel it, your happiness, emanating through the receiver. I love that you don't throw your head back, you simply let it hang and you giggle giggle giggle. Your laughing is contagious and I always begin to laugh, but I keep my eyes open because I love watching you.
I remember the night that we went to the apple orchard and we came back and I took a nap on your futon while you played guitar for me. You kissed my forehead and woke me up and laid down next to me on the futon. We talked about the llamas that we had seen at the apple orchard and you made that noise. You know, the "muhh" noise, impersonating the llama. I remember it seemed like the funniest thing I had ever heard and we just laid there and laughed so hard- for ages it seemed. I felt silly because, of course, you were laughing silently, so to your dad upstairs, it must have seemed like I was the only one laughing-really really loud. I didn't even care though and we just rolled around on your futon clutching our stomachs and gasping in desperation for a decent breath of air. I love laughing with you. I love your giggle fits. I absolutely love them.
2. The way you smell. I should get that deodorant for myself. I can't help but smell you when you come over. We're hugging and my head goes into your chest and your underarm is right there and I can't help but take a big whiff of heaven. I'm not even embarrassed to say that. Mmm you smell so good. You're not even with me and I can smell it right now.
3. I love that I still get nervous when I see you. After twenty months of being crazy about you, my stomach still jumps. The "nine-months-average-butterfly" observation, that
