This Heart has ripened
Like a fruit in fall
Which falls with the weight of emotion
Full of Love, Succulent devotion
It hangs in pain.
This agonised fruit, who
Begs to to end this excruciaiting spell
Nature replies, "It shall not end!
And you are destined to lie
In limitless distress."

But the grounds pulls the fruit
With intoxicating force
Until it bursts.
Its flesh, the flesh of deep sentiment
Overcomes its covers.
Feelings revealed, now it can rest
The Heart is calm
In a once troubled chest.
