It's not so much getting God's attention that is important to me as much as it is getting God to respond to me in a way that I can really recognise in myself that it can only be none other that God that is responding to me.

Can God answer us as God from God in such a way so that we know that it is God that is answering us? Can God answer and respond to me through someone else, or maybe even through himself in me as me right now?

God creates a mask for himself in all creation which can only be removed by the eyes of love. Only by loving can you feel God's presence and respect his person enough not to want his attention anymore without loving him. Love God and find him loving you. God responds always with love and nothing else but love.

You can't get God's attention only because you want him to reply to you in a certain way. You want to control God's answers and responses. Love can never be controlled in this way. God responds from all things and to all things only ever with love.

How do you get God's attention?

You can get the attention of anyone including yourself and God either indirectly or directly. The truth is that it is always directly if you imagine it so to be, and this way becomes actually more true and correct for you if you have his attention. Talk to a tree and God is giving you attention. Talk to anyone and you have his attention.

You always have God's attention. The question really is are you paying attention to the attention that God's giving you right now.

You have to give attention to God to get or to notice his attention being given to you. God's attention is always with you and it is his love that is always coming back to you at all times. The only reason that you might ever think that you do not have God's attention is because your attention is actually being fixed onto something else. Even fixing it on God takes your attention away from knowing and feeling God's attention that is on you.

Drop all of your own attention and by doing this you will find that this is the only way to feel God's attention. This is the only way that you will ever notice that his attention is being focussed on you from his love at all times. You can only drop attention though when you know that you currently have your attention on something else other than God.

Most of us are simply living within non attention and so we just do not know where or what we are really focussed on right now. It takes a jump in awareness to be aware of where our real attention
