Easy ways to fight depression

Created on: May 14, 2009

Depression is a mental illness that transforms you into a weak creature, completely sad and hopeless, and nothing helps you feel better when it characterizes your behavior.

You feel that you cannot fight against the depressive state, and without knowing what to do, you try anti-depressants.

However, they don't completely eliminate the sadness from your heart even when they provide you provisory relief, which is not guaranteed and many times stops being effective after repetitive use, besides transforming you into a dependent.

Anti-depressants are not a solution. They can be helpful if used in small doses, but you need more in order to really fight depression besides the brief relief they give you.

There are many complicated ways to fight depression, and none of them are guaranteed. Most of them transform you into an eternal patient that lives constantly going to the analyst, while paying for treatment that never ends and never really helps you find happiness.

The only easy ways to fight depression depend on your cooperation, but they are absolutely free.

1. First of all you have to build resistance, hiding from everyone how you feel and working normally, which means that you have to try to stand up and bear all suffering without falling, besides feeling extremely sad. This is not easy in the beginning, but later it becomes an automatic reaction. The more you resist, without showing to your environment how weak you feel, the stronger you become.

2. When you learn how to interpret the meaning of your dreams according to the scientific method, the unconscious mind that produces your dreams will provide you free psychotherapy with the dream messages. You only have to learn the dream language and follow the directions you receive in order to find balance, self-confidence and happiness. Your depression will disappear as soon as you feel supported by the wise unconscious mind that protects your mental health, and shows you how the future development of reality could be, helping you correct your mistakes.

3. Try to be always clean, well dressed, and busy working. Don't live as if you were sick, but be always ready to act.

4. Don't let your mind concentrate on the sad experiences of your life and on all the problems you have. Occupy your thoughts with interesting lessons that can help you in your daily life and do useful things that will make you feel important and necessary.

5. Whenever your depression is too heavy, remember all the people that live suffering in this world, and are in a very inferior social position to you. Remember the big heroes of humanity and everything they did to save the weak and the poor, and stop feeling sorry for yourself and your personal problems, understanding that you live in a world full of contradictions, where everything is a challenge.
