MAMA!
MOTHER!
LA REINA DE MI VIDA!
THE QUEEN OF MY LIFE!
Mom i serve under your banner...
the flag of love!
you taught me compassion
patience
faith
a love of life
you taught me how to see beauty wherever it may be found
and wherever it chooses to hide!
you brought me to LIFE!
you are the navigator of this journey...
you led my father from high up in west texas
to the down side of the lone star state
south texas
by the border
where your universe spins and weaves
and manifests its vitality!
i thank GOD for you!
madre mia...
my mother!

Mother's cardigan.
My mother's cardigan
Still hangs on the back of her chair,
A fluffy pink confection
Of kitten-soft mohair,
Take me back
Back to a time
Life was different
Things were simple
Surrounded by love
And adoration for each other
We stuck close
And
The Morning Light
There's a place in the morning light,
a moment...there just for awhile,
when the newness of the day shines
Mother
I left behind what created me,
She who held me in her arms
And whispered to me as a bairn.
I left behind what made me
by Eric Kroll
My Mother a Class Act
Dinner setting, quite frankly I never seen so many
Bursting the pyramid into pepper, tonight's meal
