well first, if you have a blow out while you are driving down the road, the first thing to do is grip the steering wheel tight and hold on.slow yourself down so that you may recover from the incident and work your way to the shoulder of the roadway or on a pull off if you are close enough.to make sure that people see that your car is positioned on the side of the road, turn on your hazard lights so that other cars might see you.also, if you have them put up caution markers.the main tools you will need for this procedure would be a lug-wrench,car jack, and a spare tire.the first thing you must do would be to make sure that the jack is safely and securely under the car so that it will not sink in the ground or fall over.preferably put the jack under an axle.lift the car up and try not to push on the car and not putting no more weight than you have to so the car will not fall off of the jack.once the tire is roughly off of the ground, take the lug nuts off and pull the blown tire off and lay it out of the way.grab the spare tire and put it to the hub so that it will stay while you tighten your lug nuts.definitely be sure that you get all lug nuts tightened good so that they wont fall off and you lose a tire again.lower the jack and gather all of your tools and put them away in your car.try not to leave anything laying on the roadway.we want our roads clean and not a mess with trash and old rims and busted tires.you may now safely get back in your car and drive to your destination.
