Hope, it's like a little light,
That shines inside your heart,
Keeping every thing in sight,
From becoming oh, so dark...
Faith, it's like a whisper,
Spoken every day,
A reminder of the purpose,
Of our pilgrim way...
Believing, it is the reason,
Each of us can stand,
Fearing not the darkness,
Nor the day that is at hand,
Love, is the commandment,
We hold on to each day,
The sword, the shield, the armor,
Of our pilgrim way...
Every road is long,
Every mountain high,
Every storm a battle,
Everyone must fight,
Everyone must try...
Today, I am the pilgrim,
On my journey,
Toward the end,
In search of truth tomorrow,
And trust in all my friends.
When the hour is over,
When my life has been proclaimed,
Some, will know the purpose,
Of my pilgrim way...
Every road was long,

I had to fight,
I had to try...
