Finding The Present
this moment
will be okay
choices are many
have a feast of feelings
something to eat
a cat to wrap
inside loving arms
any channel on tv
from 200 or more
read the mail
ignore bills
look outside
while the day dies
stars start shining
check in with a friend
do the dishes
light a room
in colored candles
play music
take a shower
or a picture
quit thinking
of yesterday
last year
or what isn't
immediate
a minute with everything
in it
