Stress touches everyone's life. Relief can come from some surprisingly simple actions . Make fighting stress fun and easy .

Eat your way to happiness and less stress. Your diet can change your mood . Almonds and cashews are two nuts that you should snack on every chance you get. They are full of magnesium, and will help you stay calm and peaceful . Also they are loaded with stress fighting vitamins. Eating a handful of these a day can make you feel better all over. For all of the chocoholics out there. You will be happy to know that dark chocolate can lift your mood .

Music can lift your spirits and ease away stress. Listening to certain types of music can make you happier. There are cd's out there that are made with certain frequencies, delta, to help promote a relaxing feeling. Also pariliminal cd's are very soothing. Of course just listening to your favorite song can put you in a better mood. Sing along with it and let stress melt away .

Laughter ! Just laughing at a funny joke or funny television show can lead to a longer and less stressful life . Laugh every chance you get. The longer and louder the better. Laughter can lower your stress levels and relax you. It can even help ease pain. Never stop laughing, life is just to short .

Spending time with friends is the ticket to a more relaxed you. As humans we need to connect with people often. Spending time talking with your friends will make you feel alot less stressed and even lower your blood pressure. Everyone needs support. Spend atleast one night a week talking with a good frien . You will be glad that you found the time and so will they .

Getting enough sleep is crucial for a healthy life style. Sleep gives your body and emotions time to heal. Make sure that you get enough rest every nigh. It is one of the most important factors in stress management .

Stress is always going to come into your life, but knowing how to overcome it will make a difference. Just hang in there and try to always stay positive. No matter what happens, you can make it one day at a time. Never give up.
