Ideal gifts between $50 and $200 for men

by Cody Hodge

So you want to find a great gift for a grown man, but don't know what to get? You don't want to spend too much, but you don't want to be accused of being cheap either. What are you to do? What gifts are out there that can be had for a price range of at least 50 dollars, but no more than 200 dollars? Don't sweat it, there are plenty of great gifts that you can buy for the man in your life in that price range.

Every guy loves sports, or at least most of us do. Most sports memorabilia can be found in that price range, and you can get some pretty cool stuff too. You can get a Fathead, which is a life-like image of a team logo, player, or helmet. You put it right on your wall like a wall cling, but it looks so real that you think that the person might really be in the room with you. Costing about 75 dollars on average, it is a really neat way to please the sports fan in all guys.

Guys also like video games. It doesn't matter if the guy is 18, or if he is 38, he will like video games. Ever since the Wii came out from Nintendo, it seems that video games are cool again for all ages. While the Wii itself is outside of the price range, most video games for the system will cost you around 50 dollars. The Playstation 2, which was the pre-cursor to the Playstation 3, sells for about 70 dollars, and is a very popular console for the money despite its age. Among games that will do you well are Guitar Hero, Madden NFL, and Call of Duty.

Guys like gadgets, and it doesn't matter what the gadget is for. Whether it be for a car, the living room, or the stereo, a good gadget can go a long way. An MP3 player is a good option, or you can get them a Blu-Ray player to watch movies on. It plays HD quality movies, and is the latest in DVD playing technology. It will run you about 140 dollars for a lower end version of the Blu-Ray DVD player.

Concert tickets are a good option for a gift for a guy. Men like rock'n'roll, and concert tickets can be a good way to get them a gift that they will like. Most bands will charge ticket prices in the 50-100 dollar range, so you will have plenty of room to breathe if you wanted to combine that with something else, and stay on budget. The best part about this gift is that you have plenty of bands to choose from, and plenty of dates and locations to choose from as well.

Guys aren't too hard to buy for when you really think about it. We just want something to make us happy for a little while, whether it be a toy, or a poster. If we think it looks cool, or makes cool noises, we are good. It isn't hard to please a guy when buying a gift, and we aren't that expensive to buy for either.
