Sexting

Sexting- when a male or female sends a picture message of his or her genitalia to one another

Sexting could become a problem in the United states pretty fast. Could you imagine the United States being referred to as the Pornography country? Well that is what it would be if sexting continues because that is what sexting is in every sense and when you add the fact that the majority of sexually oriented messages are sent by teens, it could frighten people.

Here is an introduction to the pornography laws in the united states

"Producing, possessing or distributing images of minors (anyone under the age of 18) engaged in sexual conduct is illegal. Some states in the United States and many countries allow sexual conduct and marriage between adults and minors, but visual depictions of that conduct are prohibited in the United States by federal law. Similarly, sexual conduct between minors or by a minor is often tolerated but visual depictions of that conduct are also prohibited. Child Pornography laws in the United States exist to protect children and are strictly enforced - websites that display any content that might be considered child pornography should expect to be prosecuted."

In the United states and many countries in the world a person must be at least 18 years of age to view or create pornography. sexting is a form of pornography that muse be stopped. Both the sender and the receiver of a Sext can be prosecuted for sending child pornography.

It is a smart idea to punish teenagers that take part in sexting because it would teach them a lesson. IF the government does not punish a teenager for illegal material in a digital form why do they get to punish a person for smoking or possessing marijuana? And also if they do not punish the teens for sexting why do they get to punish adults that create child porn?

Any way, sexting is wrong, it is immoral, and gross. And 13+ you kids are sending pictures of each other naked on their phone Click hereto view a video about sexting.
