Another Detox Diet, only this time you won't have to drink copious amounts of water, give up your favourite food, alcohol or even cigarettes. Sounds too good to be true; and of course it is. But don't be despondent because when you feel good on the inside it shows on the outside, so there's a bonus incentive built in to this very special reduction plan.
In fact, this diet has nothing to do with what you eat but everything to do with your nourishment, nothing to do with losing weight, but everything to do with jettisoning a heavy load. It takes just 48 hours and is guaranteed to get results.
As we step boldly into the 21st Century, the human race finds itself in an almost habitual state of anxiety. More people present to their health professional with stress and related illness such as depression, panic disorders, phobias, inexplicable tiredness and a vague feeling of dread, than any other malady. While we are not consciously aware of this, our bodies are reacting as if the threats, fears and insecurities were real, by pumping extra adrenalin, promoting faster breathing, tightening of the muscles, all in preparation for the flight or fight that it perceives as imminent. But we don't run because we don't know where to run to and we don't know what we are running from. And we don't fight because there is no tangible enemy. So, what do we do with all this pent up and misdirected energy?
The answer is nothing at all, we simply live with it day after day, year after year, until it begins to feel 'normal' and we have forgotten what it's like to be free of it. Then, when it all becomes too
