Why make Chandler, AZ your new home? The city offers a variety of real estate in which to choose from including a large number of modest tract homes in quiet neighborhoods, which can range in price between $179,900 - $699,900. Located in a great neighborhood, near good schools. And it's nearby a community pool and park.

Chandler's Community Services Department serves its residents by providing recreation, fitness, and cultural, artistic and educational opportunities. It also offers a senior center, dozens of parks located in the neighborhood and community, and six aquatic centers. Residents can choose from either swimming lessons, youth sports, after school teen recreation centers and summer sports and art camps for kids. There is group aerobics and dance class for the adults. Also offered is therapeutic recreation and Special Olympics programs.

Families looking to settle into life in Chandler will find that jobs are readily available, namely from the computer chip manufacturer Intel, which has an influential role in the city's growth with four locations in the area. Since 2003, more than 2,900 jobs and investments, totaling $3 billion dollars, have been created along the Price and Santan Freeways.
