Oh what a lovely dream

To be together

And when we were

I felt you near

Our gaze held fast

Holding each at last

How we talked

As we walked

Laughed and touched

Then hugged so much


Such a lovely dream

To be together

You made me weak

Stroking my cheek

We nearly missed

As eagerly kissed

We laughed again

At lack of refrain

Both keeping a part

Of each others heart


We yearn and dream

To be together

Under bright stars

For passionate hours

With moonlight above

Shining upon our love

In starring roles

Entwined souls

Completely sealing

Our deep feeling
