Alternatively, encourage the release of tension with the relaxing effects of clary sage.
You have likely heard about reducing your consumption of both alcohol and caffeine. Not only can these chemicals affect a vulnerable embryo if you do conceive, but they may also slightly reduce your chances of conceiving. In addition, a variety of foods may have the ability to boost or reduce your fertility. Consider consuming more whole grains, yogurt, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Enjoying a warm mug of green or white tea also seems promising.
Women who are trying to conceive should reduce their consumption of dairy foods and red meats, which may contain synthetic hormones. They should also greatly limit their intake of fried, fatty, sugary, and other junk foods. Men may be able to boost their fertility levels by consuming foods rich in zinc such as wheat germ, onions, and pumpkin seeds. A low sperm count is often linked with a zinc deficiency.
