Fired: Turning the negative into a positive

Being fired is just a test of endurance and strength in life necessary for achieving success later on. It is best if you think of your firing as a hidden blessing for you. Instead of it taking a life shattering experience, assume the right attitude, show emotional resiliency and willingness to learn from the experience and turn your misfortune into a success story. Many famous people were fired before achieving lasting success and wealth. So, why can't you?

Below listed are outlined steps on how to cope with being fired and rise above the situation at hand.

1. Trust that it was destined to be that way and seek peace

Being fired can be one of the most devastating and humiliating experiences in life. Whether you stood out from the crowd by being different than the rest or just were not a good person job fit, trust that it was destined to be that way. Whatever the reason for your firing was, you can still seek peace and solace for yourself knowing that everything is now over and that you have a chance to start a new.

2. Eliminate shame associated with being fired as it inhibit your money attraction powers

You need to release all the fears and shame associated with your job loss before you can release your full money attraction power. Money is attracted to confidence and not shame and fear. Understand that entrepreneurial risk and money attraction powers require a willingness to risk and experience failure as well as the emotional resiliency to recover from it quickly, decisively, and passionately. Everyone who is anyone with achievement and wisdom counsels us against shame and fear.

3. Learn from your experience

Realize that being fired is just a transitory phase in your life. Learn how to show emotional resiliency in order to recover from being fired quickly and decisively. As you may already know, success can rarely be achieved through a straight line in life. What is important to understand is that being fired is an experience that can lead one to full and complete understanding as to how replaceable job and money is.

4. Start anew by turning your crisis into an opportunity

Understand that crisis means opportunity in Chinese. Stay positive as God never closes a door on you before he opens a window. Perhaps a better job or opportunity is awaiting you down the road. Each crisis in life can be easily turned into an opportunity but you need to have the right attitude and willingness to take action.

Think about starting your own small private business in agriculture as food industry has most perspective nowadays. You can begin by tending to a garden in your own yard and see where it leads you. Or stay at home and do the work over the internet until you figure out a business that suits you and your talents best.

5. Get out and talk to at least twenty people in one day

Make sure that you do not get isolated. You need to get out and talk to at least twenty people in one day. Having the right information and the right time and acting on it is the best recipe for success. In order to succeed and lead a healthy life you need people and their presence and care in your life. Help others and you'll notice immediate positive effects on you. Not only will you feel better but your help and kindness will be returned to you indirectly from unknown direction.
