Bruce Nolan is a TV reporter with high hopes of becoming an anchor one day and with such high hopes, dreams, and aspirations, cannot seem to catch a break in life. He believes that everyone and everything is against him, including God. Interestingly enough, the old saying, "nice guys finish last," almost sums up his life.
