Winning a man's heart

You will find more than a million ways to win a man's heart on the Internet but there is a harsh reality to it all. Fact is, you can't "win" a man's heart. True love is a prize but there is no strategic way the play the game. It just has to happen. You might be able to manage to capture his interest for a while but if it's a game then he will quickly be giving his attention to another.

In order to maintain a relationship it just has to be natural. All you have to do is to be yourself and allow him to fall in love with all that you are. The good, the bad and the ugly. I know that nobody wants to admit that there is bad or ugly within themselves but we are all human. So let's get over that right now.

As a relationship begins to naturally progress with a man it is important to remember that you must focus on the positives and learn to cope with the negatives. For example, if you hate the way your man likes to play a video gave for a couple hours before he goes to bed and all you want to do is crawl in bed with him and talk and snuggle. Do not go after him night after night after night asking him why he has to play that stupid game and why doesn't he want to come lay down with you. Also, don't start to pretend to really love the same game in the beginning and then find fault with it later (Cybil) that's not natural. Instead, use that time to do something on your own. Read a book, write in your journal, catch up on those DVR'd shows that you've missed and he doesn't really want to watch.

Something amazing will happen when you begin to separate his thing from you're thing. He will begin finding his way to you to capture your attention rather than you trying to capture his. Just like a woman, a man wants to be the focus of a woman's attention, he just won't be as blunt about it as women tend to be. But when your focus is going in another direction completely separate from his attention nine times out of ten he will find his way to you. If, in time, he doesn't wander your way then it may be time to reconsider were his heart lies.

I know many women meet a guy and think he is great and awesome and handsome and I want to win his heart and maybe we'll get married and have babies - how can I get him to love me? So sad - Ladies don't waste your time trying to win a man's heart because you can't win it. A man has to give his heart to you openly and willingly. If he doesn't then the relationship probably would never have worked anyway.
