The majority of men consider so many things before he will even consider taking a woman to be his wife. A woman must fulfill all the roles of a mother without acting like his mother. I know that this may sound strange but take into consideration that most women also gravitate to men much like their father as long as he doesn't act like her father.

When a man is growing up his mother is the center of his universe. She is his best friend, his confidant, his play mate, his cook, his maid, his seamstress, and his nurse; to name just a few. When choosing a wife he is looking to recreate the center of his universe. To fulfill all the needs of his inner child as well as fulfilling his adult male needs. A beautiful woman to stand by his side and to be his lover. If you have ever wondered why most women and mother-in-laws don't get along? It's usually because they are very similar with just a splash of jealousy from each side. A mans mother tends to have touch of jealously because she has been usurped as his world and is now responsible for fulfilling all his needs. And the wife because you will forever be held up to the standard of his mother...a standard you will never live up to.

Men want the that they marry to be strong and independent but to need him in all the right ways. She can cook, she can clean, she can bring home the bacon, she can be trusted, she can speak up but she also knows when to shut up, she can stand up for him but she also knows when to stand behind him. A man wants to know that his bride can be a jack of all trades if she needs to be and he will do his best to make sure she never has to be.

So what is the final decision maker? Although men don't always admit to wanting children, they will unconsciously speculate on what kind of mother she will be. He is looking for someone that is going to raise his children right. Care for them and love them and be everything that she is to him and so much more.

I know that it is an old stereo-type that a man wants everything from his woman. But it is true. It goes right back to being the center of his universe. Now here is the kicker - he wants you to be everything but he doesn't want to force it out of you and he will split quickly if he thinks your faking it. He just wants it to be one hundred percent natural and 100% you. He wants a genuine woman to take by his side and to be his bride.
