Five ways to look younger instantly

True beauty is not only about what people see on the outside-it's more about what is happening on the inside. Looking younger simply means to look your best. What does looking your best really mean? Are you taking care of yourself- mentally, emotionally, physically? How do you feel, are you stressed out or stress free? Do you get enough rest, or exercise? Are you drinking plenty of water, taking daily vitamins, or eating healthy foods?

Believe it or not all of these factors play a huge role in how we look. Natural beauty comes easy when taking care of you. Mental well-being has a lot to do with accepting yourself as God created you and making the most of what you already have.

Think for a minute about youthful beauties. What do they all seem to have in common? Beautiful healthy shiny hair, flawless skin, lean strong bodies, pink healthy nails, white teeth and usually fresh breath.

Here are, a few more suggestions for simple " do it yourself " beauty treatment that will not only help you look younger but literally take years off your appearance in a matter of hours.

Pick a day when everyone is out of the house or set aside one day of every week for a Beauty Spa Day. This process can take up to a few hours so make sure you will not be interrupted while applying these steps.

Begin by putting moisture back into the hair, skin, and nails and whiten your teeth.

Step one - Hair

Start by heating up your tabletop mobile hair dryer. In a glass, jar heat approximately 1/4 Th of a cup olive oil for thirty seconds in the microwave. Apply to the ends of your hair first and moving up towards the scalp. Wrap hair in a plastic bag, clip, and place head under a stationary dryer for about thirty minutes. Wash out the hair with a mild shampoo and condition as usual. Comb hair out and allow drying naturally.

Step two - Skin

Exfoliate and moisturize the skin for youthful glow.

Starting with the face, pore fresh spring water into a facial steamer and add in a pinch of fresh rose hips or chamomile tea. (Rose hips or chamomile tea found at the local health food store.) While waiting for the water in the steamer to heat, cleanse your skin with your favorite mild gentle face scrub. Or if you do not have one, try Freeman brand instant microdermabrasion.

Rinse with luke warm water and pat dry. Next, apply a thin coat of vitamin e oil to the face (avoid under the eye) continue in circular motion and place your face into the steamer for about ten to
