1. The proper motivation:Take a picture of what you look like now. Write what you want fixed.

3.A work out program that you can do at home:Going to the gym can give you excuses not to follow through. I suggest a program that is light and progressive.
4.Picking a consistent time to work out:You have a choice to work out early, in the after noon, and before bed.
5.A good vitamin:Your body needs all the vitamins to function properly.
6.Knowing when to eat, and what to eat:Eat one hour after waking up,snack two hours later,eat meal,snack two hours later, and eat last meal. Stop eating four hours before bed.
7.Snacking:Snacking is important to stay full, and keep your metabolism going. We do not want your body to go into starve mode.
8.Lots and lots of water:Drink a glass of water before each meal, and after each meal. Eight glasses a day.
9.Getting past the first day:The first day is hard. Once you get past it, you should have no problems.
10.Realistic weight loss goals:You know your starting point, so you should not expect miracles. It took time to get to your current weight, and it will take time to get to your ideal weight.
11.Taking it slow:Work out only a day or two first week and work your way up.Also stretch really good before and after.
12.Knowing when to stop for the day:Stop when your body is tired.If you over work it you will hurt too much to continue, and will back track.
13.Push yourself a little more each time.Do just a little more each time.
14. No cheating:Do not work out a whole bunch one day and none the other.This will strain your body and cost you more time.
15.Substituting fatty sweets for healthy sweets:Eat naturally sweet things that are packed with vitamins.
