Great spices to keep on hand

Spices come from plants and their organs such has stems, seeds, roots, barks and fruits. Spices usually grow in temperate climate around the world and has been brought to us by explorers like Marco Polo, a well known Famous Traveler. He Traveled areas like Asia, China, and India wrote about his encounter with all the different types of spices not familiarized in Europe, because the difference in weather. With so many different Spices such as Cinnamon, Ginger, and Black Pepper which came from the Middle East and India, and other species that were found in Ancient Egypt, North America, Africa and Southern Russia, We can now make a healthy, and tasteful meal. The word Spice comes from the word Species meaning, kinds of goods.

Where the Spices came from, and the Routes used was kept a secret for many years. Spices been used long before recorded history. Spices today still come from parts of Southeast Asia and India. It's just much easier to come by than the ancient times. Now Spices today have many different types of uses, like Medicine's, and Remedie's for illnesses as well as a great source of seasoning to make everyday meals tasteful. For instance,

Ginger helps digestive issues like nausea and also helps reduce pain. Ginger is best used for sweet dishes. It can actually help satisfy a sweet tooth, Sprinkle Ginger on fruit or even ice cream.

Oregano is highest in Anitoxidants, not to mention great with tomatoe sauce's and Pasta it creates a very tasteful meal.

Turmeric which is a bright yellow spice commonly found in curry powder, help's with your brain health and cognitive problem's due to aging. Curry is an all around heart healthy condiment and can be used for poultry, vegetable's, and salad mixes.

Thyme in your diet helps respiratory function. To help include thyme to your everyday meal try and sprinkle it on Cooked veggies, and fish.

Rosemary helps to reduce inflammation in the body, and taste's well with cakes, and bread. Rosemary is also good for marinating meats.

Dried Red Peppers like paprika, and cayenne enhance metabolism, and stimulates fat burning and add's a great fiery flavor.

Spices are great to make healthy tasty recipe's. It adds flavor with no fat included. Spices are recommended by nutritionist and chefs all around the world and now with researcher's studying about spices helping with weight-loss, Soon we can probably have the best tasting diet meals in centuries. Spices are also very economical, you don't have to spend a fortune, and you gain the richest meal. Spices are fun to use and explore with, it can change any meal for the better instantly.
