Poetry: Far away

by Gerry Legister

Created on: May 03, 2009   Last Updated: May 31, 2009

In faraway places

You can join the ambience

With other friendly faces

Celebrating love and romance

Limbo in the azure of passionate maze

Watching fulfillment of tranquil gaze

Embraced by the serenading music

Lingering with sweeter taste

The jazzy classics offering teasing notes

For travelers to forget their troubles

And be engaged in exotic pleasures

Amidst faraway places

Time is lost in transcendence

Where mystique triumph in excellence

And earthly treasures is like champagne

Fulfilling almost anything

Faraway places can

Sent dreams to the imagination

Even the darkest moments

Have sparkling lights

To illuminate boredom

When pleasure is joined

So near to living reality

And absolute compatibility
