Sugar is a huge obstacle to losing weight. It is found in almost everything we eat and drink. Gradually lowering your sugar intake and replacing it with fresh fruit and veggies is a great first step. As time goes on, replace more and more of your sugar with natural fruits and vegetables!

13. Healthy Food List

Make a list of foods you enjoy eating already that are healthy. Use this list to create meals you love. This can help you want to eat healthier.

14. Meal Plan

Meal plans can keep you on track and even cut your financial waistline too. Your meal plan will look different every month in terms of frequency and size. Just like with exercise, eating healthy can be enjoyable and fun as long as you're taking gradual steps.

15. Supplements and Vitamins
